Council: This is a very high rank and is to be respected at all costs. They have an equal vote to what happens in the clan. These members are devastating duelers, and feared throughout.
Council Elite: Council Elite is the highest attainable level for an SNJ member, they have excelled in all aspects and deserve a fair chunk of glory, they are the demi-god's of SNJ!!
